Unsecured Lender Claim definition

Unsecured Lender Claim means a Claim of a Lender arising under or as a result of the Pre-Petition Credit Facility Agreements that is not a Secured Lender Claim.
Unsecured Lender Claim means a Claim of a Lender arising under or as a result of the Pre-Petition Credit Facility Agreements that is not a Secured Lender Claim, other than Lender Claims in respect of letters of credit issued pursuant to the Pre-Petition Credit Agreement that are contingent as of the Effective Date.
