Unreturned Contribution Account definition

Unreturned Contribution Account means, with respect to any Class A Member, an account the balance of which at any time equals an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the Capital Contribution for such Class A Member, if any, less (b) the aggregate amount of Distributions to such Class A Member, if any, other than Distributions pursuant to Section 4.1(a) and Section 4.2(b), in each case since the inception of the Company, including for the account of such Class A Member’s predecessor in interest.
Unreturned Contribution Account means an account maintained with respect to each Member which shall be increased by the cumulative Capital Contributions made by such Member under Article IV hereof and which shall be decreased by the cumulative distributions made to such Member under Section 5.01(b)(i), Section 5.01(b)(ii) and Section 11.02 with respect to a Member.   • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”
