Unrestricted Servicer Reports definition

Unrestricted Servicer Reports means the following reports in CMSA format (as in effect on the date hereof or as such formats may be changed from time to time by the CMSA) in, and containing substantially the information contemplated by, the forms attached hereto as part of Exhibit X prepared by the Master Servicer (combining reports in such forms prepared by the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer (with respect to Specially Serviced Mortgaged Loans and REO Properties)): (a) the following electronic files; (i) a Loan Setup File (with respect to the initial Distribution Date only); and (ii) a Loan Periodic Update File; and (b) the following supplemental reports: (i) a Delinquent Loan Status Report, (ii) an Historical Loan Modification Report, (iii) an Historical Liquidation Report, (iv) an REO Status Report, and (v) a CMSA Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report.

Unrestricted Servicer Reports. Each of the CMSA Loan Setup File, the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, the CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report, the CMSA Historical Loan Modification Report, the CMSA Historical Liquidation Report, the CMSA REO Status Report, the CMSA Loan Level Reserve Report, the CMSA Reconciliation of Funds Report and the Realized Loss Report.

Unrestricted Servicer Reports means, collectively, the CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report, CMSA Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, CMSA Historical Liquidation Report, CMSA REO Status Report and, if and to the extent filed with the Commission, such reports and files as would, but for such filing, constitute Restricted Master Servicer Reports.

Examples of Unrestricted Servicer Reports in a sentence

• In connection with providing access to the Certificate Administrator's internet website, the Certificate Administrator may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer (provided that such website provides thereon electronic means of fulfilling such registration and acceptance for purposes of obtaining access to Unrestricted Servicer Reports).

• The Trustee shall make available each month, to Certificateholders, Certificate Owners and prospective investors, via the Trustee's Internet Website all Trustee Reports and Unrestricted Servicer Reports filed with the Commission pursuant to Section 8.15 and, with the consent or at the direction of the Depositor, such other information regarding the Certificates and/or the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may have in its possession.

• In addition, the Trustee shall make available each month, on each Distribution Date, the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, the CMSA Loan Setup File, the CMSA Bond File, and the CMSA Collateral Summary File to any interested party on its Internet Website.

• The Delinquent Loan Status Report, the Historical Loan Modification Report, the Historical Liquidation Report and the REO Status Report are referred to herein as the "Unrestricted Servicer Reports" and the Servicer Watch List, the NOI Adjustment Worksheet, the Comparative Financial Status Report, and the Operating Statement Analysis are referenced to herein as the "Restricted Servicer Reports".

• In addition, the Trustee shall make available each month, via its internet website on a restricted basis solely to Privileged Persons, (i) the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, (ii) the CMSA Bond Level File and the CMSA Collateral Summary File, and (iii) as a convenience to interested persons (and not in furtherance of the distribution thereof under the securities laws), the Prospectus and this Agreement.

More Definitions of Unrestricted Servicer Reports

Unrestricted Servicer Reports means each of the files and reports comprising the CMSA Investor Reporting Package (excluding the CMSA Bond Level File, the CMSA Collateral Summary File and the Restricted Servicer Reports).

Unrestricted Servicer Reports. Each of the Updated Collection Report, Delinquent Loan Status Report, Historical Loan Modification Report, Historical Liquidation Report, Interim Delinquent Loan Status Report and REO Status Report.

Unrestricted Servicer Reports means, collectively, the CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report, CMSA Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, CMSA Historical Liquidation Report, CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, CMSA Loan Setup File, CMSA Bond Level File, CMSA Collateral Summary File, CMSA Reconciliation of Funds Report, CMSA REO Status Report, CMSA Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report, CMSA Advance Recovery Report, CMSA Total Loan Report and, if and to the extent filed with the Commission, such reports and files as would, but for such filing, constitute Restricted Master Servicer Reports.
