Unresolved Deadlock Event definition

Unresolved Deadlock Event means a Deadlock Event that is not resolved after completion of the resolution procedures set forth in Section 2.2(d) hereof.
Unresolved Deadlock Event has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c) hereof.

  • Unresolved Claim means a Claim, which at the relevant time, in whole or in part: (a) has not been Finally Determined to be a Proven Claim in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order and this Plan; (b) is validly disputed in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order; and/or (c) remains subject to review and for which a Notice of Allowance or Notice of Revision or Disallowance (each as defined in the Amended Claims Procedure Order) has not been issued to the Creditor in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order as at the date of this Plan, in each of the foregoing clauses, including both as to proof and/or quantum;

  • Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a) hereof.

  • Unresolved Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(c).

  • Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).

  • Xxxx Dispute Notice means the notice issued by a Party raising a Dispute regarding a Monthly Xxxx or a Supplementary Xxxx issued by the other Party;

  • Disagreement means a difference of opinion between personnel of a reporting issuer responsible for finalizing the reporting issuer’s financial statements and the personnel of a predecessor auditor responsible for authorizing the issuance of audit reports on the reporting issuer’s financial statements or authorizing the communication of the results of the auditor’s review of the reporting issuer’s interim financial report, if the difference of opinion

  • Dispute Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.

  • Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Administrator by a Settlement Class Member for a Claim Settlement Payment must be postmarked, which shall occur no later than fifteen (15) days after the Final Approval Hearing. All Claims postmarked on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Claim Settlement Payment.

  • Impasse means that the representatives of the County and a Recognized Employee Organization have reached a point in their meeting and conferring in good faith where their differences on matters to be included in a Memorandum of Understanding, and concerning which they are required to meet and confer, remain so substantial and prolonged that further meeting and conferring would be futile.

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Resolution Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the deadline set by the Court for the timely submission of requests by Settlement Class Members to be excluded from the Settlement Class.

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Tax Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.

  • Resolve and the correlative terms, “Resolved”, “Resolving” and “Resolution” each means that the Services are restored to a point where the Customer can perform their job. In some cases, this may only be a work around solution until the root cause of the Error or Unplanned Disruption is identified and corrected (the need for restoration of normal service supersedes the need to find the root cause of the incident).

  • Completion Deadline means August 15, 2018, or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Post-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period beginning the day after the Closing Date.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.
