Unresolved definition

Unresolved means, with respect to a Claim, a Claim that has neither been Allowed or disallowed nor liquidated.
Unresolved means, in relation to an Incident, that such Incident has not been Resolved;
Unresolved means, in connection with any matter, that the matter has been actively pursued by any third party since January 1, 2000 and has not been resolved without any further liability to the Company.
