unremedied means not remedied to the reasonable satisfaction of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders acting reasonably) and “unwaived” means not expressly waived in writing by the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders);
unremedied means remedied or not remedied (as the case may be) to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State and references to anything being “waived” or “unwaived” means waived or not waived (as the case may be) in writing by the Secretary of State;
