Unregistered Storm Recovery Bonds means any Storm Recovery Bonds not registered under the Securities Act or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction.
Unregistered Securities The meaning specified in Section 5.17(c).
Unregistered Security means any Security other than a Registered Security.
Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of
Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;
Bearer Securities has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.
Coupons means the bearer coupons relating to interest bearing Bearer Notes or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Coupons issued pursuant to the Conditions;
Registered Notes has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Registered Securities will have the same meaning as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Bearer means anyone in possession from time to time of a Bearer Security.
Definitive Bearer Note means a Bearer Note in definitive form being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Appendix B-3 hereto (or in such other form as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers) issued or to be issued by the relevant Issuer pursuant to this Agreement in exchange for the whole or (subject to the terms of the relevant Temporary Global Note and/or Permanent Global Note) part of a Temporary Global and/or Permanent Global Note;
Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
Debt Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture and more particularly means any Debt Securities authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.
Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.
Global Bearer Security means the ETP Securities in bearer form represented by a global security.
2023 Notes means the 6 7/8% Notes due 2023 issued by NTL pursuant to the 1988 Indenture.
Pledged Debt Securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01.
Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.
Bearer Security means any Security established pursuant to Section 201 which is payable to bearer.
Bearer Note means a Note in bearer form.
Definitive Capital Securities means any Capital Securities in definitive form issued by the Trust.
Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.
Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.
2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.
Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.
2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
