Unrealized Receivables definition
Unrealized Receivables as defined in Section 751 of the Code), such as the admission of new Partners or otherwise, no such reduction shall occur with respect to Partners who were Partners immediately preceding such event and who continue to be Partners after the occurrence of such event but, rather, each such Partner shall retain his respective interest in the Partnership's Section 751 assets existing immediately prior to such event.
Unrealized Receivables shall have the meaning ascribed to in Section 751(c) of the Code.
