Unrealised Loss definition

Unrealised Loss at any given time means the Realised Loss that would be incurred by you on an Open Position if it were closed at that time;
Unrealised Loss means the amount of loss that is shown on an open Position. This is a loss that has not yet been realised by closing a Position.
Unrealised Loss means the excess (attributable to a Company Property), if any, of the Carrying Value of such property as of the date of determination (prior to any adjustment to be made pursuant to clause 3.10(e) as of such date) over its fair market value as of such date of determination (as reasonably determined by the Board); and

Related to Unrealised Loss

  • Unrealized losses means the fair market value of the cost to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming the Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date), and “unrealized profits” means the fair market value of the gain to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming such Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date).
