UNRA definition

UNRA means Uganda National Roads Authority or any successor thereto, the Recipient’s legal Authority responsible for Recipient’s national roads network, established as an Authority and body corporate pursuant to UNRA’s Legislation and operating under the supervision of MoWT, or any successor thereto.
