Unpatented Claims means all unpatented mining claims (including any and all lode, placer, mill site and tunnel site claims) set out in Section 1.1 “Unpatented Claims” of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Examples of Unpatented Claims in a sentence

  • Upon timely payment of the Note in full, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx will transfer without any warranties/representations to Buyer all his interest (if any) in the Unpatented Claims by Quit Claim Deed.

  • Seller will timely pay/file all BLM fees/notices and County Notice of Intent fees/notices on the Unpatented Claims until Buyer timely pays the Note in full and Seller transfers the Unpatented Claims to Buyer.
