UNME definition

UNME means Indian Consumer Price Index for Urban Non-Manual Employees as published by Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India. If the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (or its successor agency) stops publishing the UNME or substantially changes its content and format, the Parties will substitute another comparable index published at least annually by a mutually agreeable source.   • Homeless means lacking fixed, regular and adequate housing.
