University Park means the area in Cambridge, Massachusetts, bounded on the North side by Massachusetts Avenue and Green Street, on the East side by Landsdowne, Cross and Xxxxxxxxxx Streets, on the South side by Pacific Street and on the West side by Brookline Street.

Such commercial enterprises may be co-located with the University’s housing facilities or free-standing on the Land and may be operated by Lessee or subleased to a Commercial Subtenant, including the University. The University may sublease other space in University Park for food service facilities, recreational facilities, or similar University-related facilities, but those separate facilities are not and will not be included as part of the University Sublease subject to this Lease.
