University means Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.
Nonprofit means a nonprofit corporation as defined and established through
College or university means a county college, an independent
University school means an instructional program operated by a public university under section 23 that meets the requirements of section 23.
AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.
Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
AT&T ARKANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Arkansas.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Community school means a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code.
Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.
State university means Montana state university-Bozeman.
Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
University College means a college which the University may establish or maintain under this Act or a college transferred to the University and maintained by it;
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Regents means the board of regents of higher education.
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
Tribe means an Indian tribe or band, or Alaskan Native village, which is recognized by federal law or formally acknowledged by a state.
The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
SDA municipality means a municipality in which an SDA

University Official as used herein, means:
Coastal high hazard area means a Special Flood Hazard Area extending from offshore to the inland limit of a primary frontal dune along an open coast and any other area subject to high velocity wave action from storms or seismic sources. The area is designated on a FIRM, or other adopted flood map as determined in Article 3, Section B of this ordinance, as Zone VE.
Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
