Universal Benefits Plan definition

Universal Benefits Plan means the extended health care, dental, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long term disability and business travel accident insurance plans provided to non-Union employees (and as amended by the attached plan description) as of the date of signing this Letter of Understanding.

  • For the duration of this Collective Agreement, the terms and conditions expressed in the Letter of Understanding re Canadian Blood Services Universal Benefits Plan, as attached, will apply.

  • Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.
