UNITI System definition

UNITI System means the software system described in Section 3.21 of the Corporations' Disclosure Schedule. "UNITI System Assignment and Assumption Agreement" means an agreement, between BBMC and the Parent Seller in the form and substance of the assignment and assumption agreement annexed hereto as Appendix 1.6.
