Unitholder Representative definition

Unitholder Representative means the representative selected by a Majority in Interest of the Investors to represent their interests upon the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default. To this end, the Unitholder Representative shall thereafter be able to act on behalf of the Investors and pursue remedies under any Transaction, amend or waive any provision under any of the Transaction Documents or otherwise act on behalf of the Investors.
Unitholder Representative means CORE Industrial Partners Management LP, or such other Affiliate of CORE as CORE Industrial Partners Management LP shall designate, acting on behalf of Fathom’s direct or indirect pre-Closing equityholders following the Closing as set forth herein.
Unitholder Representative means Blackstone Capital Partners VII NQ L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, acting on behalf of Tempo’s direct or indirect pre-Closing equityholders following the Closing as set forth herein.
