Unit Transfer definition

Unit Transfer in relation to a Series Trust means a transfer of a Unit in the form specified in the Series Supplement relating to that Series Trust or in such other form as may be agreed from time to time between the Trustee and the Manager.
Unit Transfer shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of Unit Transfer in a sentence

  • If the Unit Transfer books are not closed and no record date is fixed for the determination, the date on which notice of the meeting is mailed or the date on which the resolution of the Directors declaring a dividend is adopted, as the case may be, shall be the record date for such determination.
