Unit Release means that certain instrument to be recorded for the benefit of a Unit no longer subject to this Agreement and the Regulatory Agreement, in the form of Exhibit "I" of this Agreement.

  • If there are insufficient Net Settlement Proceeds to meet the required Interest Reserve Deposit after payment of the Unit Release Payment, the Borrower shall pay any deficiency from its own funds for deposit in the Interest Reserve Account (any amounts paid from the Interest Reserve Account do not constitute a part of the Interest Reserve and shall not be added to the principal balance of the Loan).

Related to Unit Release

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
