Unit of Issue and “Quantity per unit of Issue” shall conform and be consistent with GSAAdvantage authorized codes which is the two character alphabetic code. When the packaging is unclear or subject to interpretation, the parameters SHALL be explained in the Description to fully demonstrate the offered quantity (i.e. 1 box = quantity of 12; dual pack = qty of 2 each; 1 carton = quantity of 1 each; or 6-pack as appropriate, etc)
