In the event that the twentieth anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date does not occur at the end of a Year the applicable quantity of Unit Hours of Scheduled Outages for the Year in which the twentieth anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date occurs shall be pro- rated evenly over that Year.
