Unit Hours definition

Unit Hours means amount of time calculated in hours that a fully staffed and equipped apparatus is available for service.

Examples of Unit Hours in a sentence

  • In the event that the twentieth anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date does not occur at the end of a Year the applicable quantity of Unit Hours of Scheduled Outages for the Year in which the twentieth anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date occurs shall be pro- rated evenly over that Year.

  • Such additional Units or Unit Hours may be used routinely, episodically, or during peak demand periods to maintain the level of service and Response Times for Ambulance Services.

  • If the Customer runs a Mock Service, and on that Mock Service, 2,500 Transactions (or less) occurred, and the Mock Service also incorporated Test Data, then the charge for the Test Data would be 77 Variable Unit Hours (50 + 1 for the Mock Service and 25 + 1 for the Test Data).

  • If approved, the Authority will negotiate a mutually agreeable compensation for such additional Authority Funded Unit, Units or Unit Hours.

  • In the event that the third anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date does not occur at the end of a Year the applicable quantity of Unit Hours of Scheduled Outages for the Year in which the third anniversary date of the Commercial Operations Date occurs shall be pro-rated evenly over that Year.

  • Compensation for such additional Authority Funded Unit(s), or Unit Hours, shall begin upon approval by the Authority through the approval of an updated Appendix “A” by the Parties.

  • Authority may purchase Unit Hours to staff additional Rescue Units to Transport Patients at the Authority’s discretion through its Executive Director.

  • A basic “CONTRACT PRICE” is outlined in APPENDIX A, but the actual fee paid to the CONTRACTOR will be based on the total number of Unit Hours billed to include Special Events, and Surge Protection outlined in Section 9, Sub-Section D and E.

  • Quoter shall also explain what impact may be anticipated in performance of the equipment.

  • Contractor agrees to provide on a continuous basis the Minimum Unit Hours described in Section 1.2.C, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties during the annual Open Enrollment Period.

Related to Unit Hours

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
