Nothing in this Plan will prevent the Trustees from adopting other or additional Unit Compensation Arrangements, subject to obtaining any required regulatory or shareholder approvals.
Participant shall designate the Commitment Status and the Dispatch Status of the SSR Unit(s) as Economic in order for the calculation of compensation to be based on non-zero SSR Unit Compensation.
