Unions definition

Unions means each of the Unions listed in Part 2 of Annexure A.
Unions means both the Association and the Institute.
Unions means any labor organization signatory to this Agreement acting on their own behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates and member organizations whose names are subscribed hereto and who have, through their officers, executed this Agreement.

  • The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation.

More Definitions of Unions

Unions means any or all of the union organisations bound by this Award.
Unions means the Building and Construction Trades Council of Alameda County, AFL-CIO (“Council”) and any other labor organization signatory to this Agreement, acting in their own behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates and member organizations whose names are subscribed hereto and who have through their officers executed this Agreement (“Signatory Unions”).
Unions means the Paris Union, the Special Unions and Agreements established in relation with that Union, the Berne Union, and any other international agreement designed to promote the protection of intellectual property whose administration is assumed by the Organization according to Article 4(iii);

The terms “Union” and “Signatory Union” or the plurals thereof are used interchangeably in this Agreement.
