Unionized Transferred Employees definition

Unionized Transferred Employees means those Transferred Employees who are covered by a Collective Agreement at any time during the Period of Secondment. Terms that are defined in the Common Schedule and not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to those terms in the Common Schedule.
