Resolutions go to the legal and political staffs for comment and to the Union Finance Committee for a cost estimate.
Estimates for the forthcoming financial year and revised estimates for the current financial year shall be submitted by the Union Finance Committee to the Union Council for presentation to the College as a report, with such explanations, and at such time annually or more frequently as shall be agreed between the College and the Union.
