Uninterrupted sleep” - sleep that is not interrupted by a call to duty.
Uninterrupted refers to continued employment which has not been severed or more specifically, denotes the fact that the tenured status of the educator has not ceased.
Uninterrupted means one continuous block of time no less than forty (40) minutes in length during the student day, and “planning time” means an uninterrupted time when a teacher has no student supervisory responsibilities or no assigned responsibilities. Planning time shall not be used for IEP, IAT, and other meetings without one (1) week advance notice. In cases when meetings must be scheduled with less than one-week notice, teachers shall be contacted as soon as the meeting is scheduled.

Uninterrupted planning time shall be provided for all full time elementary teachers at 200 minutes per full workweek during the portion of the day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in segments not shorter than 30 minutes.

Uninterrupted means interrupted by no more than a cumulative total of 30 days of absence due to (1) layoff, (2) sickness or disability, or (3) any other reason. Upon completion of an Uninterrupted period of Service, the probationary employee shall be given the status of a regular employee, a definite job classification, and placed on a weekly rate. Time-off that is statutorily protected by local, state, or federal law shall not count as a day of “absence” for purposes of the prior sentence. However, if a probationary employee accumulates more than a cumulative total of 30 days of time-off for such protected leaves before the completion of the Uninterrupted period, the required length of the Uninterrupted period of Service will be extended by the length of the protected leaves.
