Uninsured Loss definition

Uninsured Loss shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.
Uninsured Loss. Any loss on the Certificates that results from a loss on the Mortgage Loans resulting from defaults by the Mortgagors that was not covered by the Pool Insurance Policy.

More Definitions of Uninsured Loss

Uninsured Loss shall herein mean damage or destruction which was caused by an event or casualty which is not required to be covered by the insurance described in Section 7, and which is in fact not covered by any insurance policies obtained by Landlord and/or Tenant.
Uninsured Loss shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.
Uninsured Loss means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal thereof.
