unincorporated territory definition
unincorporated territory means an area(s) which may be represented by a local services board where Fire protection services may be provided by the adjacent Municipality under the terms within their Municipal agreement. This area will be deemed to be included as part of the MPA area with the written agreement of the parties pursuant to paragraph 4 b).
