ODG/EIO/IED is guided by the UNIDO Evaluation Policy, which is aligned to the norms and standards for evaluation in the UN system.
Interviews with project management and technical support including staff and management at UNIDO HQ and in the field and – if necessary - staff associated with the project’s financial administration and procurement.
It will be discussed with and approved by the responsible UNIDO Evaluation Officer.
According to UNIDO Evaluation Policy, members of the evaluation team must not have been directly involved in the design and/or implementation of the project under evaluation.
The UNIDO GEF Coordinator and GEF OFP(s) will be briefed on the evaluation and provide support to its conduct.
