Unfit for Duty definition

Unfit for Duty means that an officer is unable to perform duties normally assigned to police officers in the Urbana Police Department. Positive, confirmed results as defined below of alcohol or drug use constitute conclusive evidence that the officer in question is then unfit for duty.
Unfit for Duty means not being able to safely and acceptably perform assigned duties without any limitations due to the after effects of Illicit Drug use or the inappropriate use of Alcohol, Marijuana or Medications.
Unfit for Duty means that a supervisor has an articulated reasonable belief that an employee is impaired and would be incapable performing his/her assigned duties and responsibilities and/or represents risk to himself/herself or others.

  • Contract for Differences (“CFD”) shall mean a contract, which is a contract for differences by reference to variations in the price of an Underlying Asset.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
