Unfinancial definition

Unfinancial for GU Health Policies means where the Policy Holder fails to pay in full all Premiums due to be paid on the due date in respect of a GU Health Policy.
Unfinancial means any member or subscriber whose subscription is more than six (6) months in arrears, or such other period as may be determined by the Officers from time to time, but not less than three (3) months.
