Unexpired Term definition

Unexpired Term means the number of calendar days (any part thereof shall be rounded upwards and considered a full calendar day) between the date of termination and the date the Term of Agreement would otherwise have expired.
Unexpired Term means the relevant lease has an unexpired term of, having regard to the acknowledgment set out in paragraph 16 of the Agreed Principles, at least one hundred and twenty five (125) years;
Unexpired Term means that portion of the term of office of the former President that had not expired before the commencement of section 1202.
