Unendorsed definition
Unendorsed with reference to unendorsed driver’s licence, means a driver’s licence without any endorsements placed against it by the applicable licensing authority. For the purpose of this definition demerit point allocation on a driver’s licence will only be seen as unendorsed if the licence has less than the maximum allowed demerit points provided for in applicable legislation noted against it at the time of rental”.
