Unemancipated definition

Unemancipated means unmarried and/or still under the custody or control of a responsible adult.
Unemancipated means that a woman who is unmarried and under 17 years of age has not done any of the following:
Unemancipated means a person who is under the age of 18, is not married, is living in the home with the designated individual, and has not been legally emancipated; and
