Unduplicated Count definition

Unduplicated Count means that a person is counted once, regardless of the number of sessions within a series in which they participated. A participant should be counted once for each different intervention they attend. Please use these guidelines when reporting social marketing and/or policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) change activities.

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance. Intent under this subsection may be demonstrated by the substance's use, quantity, manner of storage, or proximity to other precursors or to manufacturing equipment.

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Chronic toxicity means concurrent and delayed adverse effects that occur only as a result of a chronic exposure.

  • Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule II attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Funds has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Funds.

  • Maximum Emergency means the designation of all or part of the output of a generating unit for which the designated output levels may require extraordinary procedures and therefore are available to the Office of the Interconnection only when the Office of the Interconnection declares a Maximum Generation Emergency and requests generation designated as Maximum Emergency to run.
