Underwriting System Provider definition

Underwriting System Provider means, with respect to the Insurer Product and each other policy or product hereafter loaded or supported on the System by agreement of the parties under this Agreement, the entity that Insurer has selected to develop, maintain and host the Underwriting System used by Insurer for such policy or product, if any.
