Underwriting Information definition

Underwriting Information has the meaning given to such term in Section 8(b) hereof.

Underwriting Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 17.3 hereof;

Underwriting Information means the information obtained from a consumer or from a third party provider of information which is used in underwriting an application processed by Customer or its Affiliates which may or may not be a “consumer report,” as that term is defined in the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act or any other applicable federal or state law.

• However, the Underwriting Information shall be available only to bidders who purchased the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

More Definitions of Underwriting Information

Underwriting Information means the documentation provided to the Insurers by the Insured with respect to the subject matter of this Policy.

Underwriting Information means, for each Satellite, the documentation with respect to each Satellite provided to Insurers by the Insured and/or Satellite manufacturer.

Underwriting Information means the information (a) in the portion of the Final Prospectus constituting the prospectus supplement set forth under the heading "Underwriting" and the statements regarding the Underwriters' intention to make a secondary market and sales to investors in negotiated transactions and, if applicable, to engage in certain transactions to stabilize, maintain or affect the market price of the Underwritten Securities and (b) contained in Collateral Term Sheets, Structural Term Sheets or Computational Materials to the extent such information does not constitute, does not arise out of and is not based upon Company Information. This indemnity will be in addition to any liability that the Company may otherwise have.

Underwriting Information has the meaning given to such term in Section 8(b). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Appendix X to the Indenture.
