Undertime definition

Undertime. All retainer staffing agreements are “up to” X hours per month. Should your staff perform less than the allocated hours, yet do so while completing all work assigned to them, this is considered part a normal part of business and the monthly retainer amount remains in place, the same way that directly employed in-house staff would be paid in full should irrespective of workload.
Undertime means any time which is less than the rostered shift/s which has not been worked against the Engineer rostered hours.

  • Overtime means work performed by a full-time employee in excess or outside of their regularly scheduled hours of work.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.
