Underlying POP Repurchase Agreement definition

Underlying POP Repurchase Agreement means the repurchase agreement among POP, PennyMac Corp. and Servicer to be executed on or before as of July 14, 2017 in the form approved by the Buyer in writing in its sole discretion with any material modifications approved by the Buyer in writing in its sole discretion, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
