Underlying Mortgage Note definition

Underlying Mortgage Note means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, a note or other evidence of indebtedness of Underlying Mortgagor evidencing the Underlying Loan and secured by the Underlying Mortgage.
Underlying Mortgage Note means the original executed promissory note or other evidence of the indebtedness of a mortgagor/borrower with respect to a Underlying Mortgage Loan.
Underlying Mortgage Note. The Mortgage Note evidencing an HLTV Loan or the Credit Line Agreement pursuant to which a HELOC Loan is issued.
