Underground Services definition

Underground Services means that portion of the Works consisting of the water, sanitary sewer and storm water management systems to be constructed by the Owner in accordance with this Agreement;
Underground Services means, but is not limited to, any underground property or structure made or intended to store, convey, transport, transmit, deliver electricity, water, sewage, gas, fuel, telecommunications media, signals, radio and other waves.
Underground Services means all services and utilities located underground, including but not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigation pipes, telecommunications cables (including those owned by Telstra), fibre optic cables, and oil pumping mains.

Underground Services means all types of cables, pipes, fuel lines, tunnels and any other service media or property whether or not owned by Tarmac which are below the surface of the Site.

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.
