Under caution definition

Under caution means that they will tell you what rights you have during the interview. You’ve probably heard it in TV dramas: “You do not have to say anything…” It does not mean that you are under arrest or that it’s anything to do with the police. If you aren’t told your rights like this when they talk to you, any court that later looked at your case could decide to ignore what you said.

  • restrictive condition means any condition registered against the title deed of land restricting the use, development or subdivision of the land concerned:
