Under 16s definition
Under 16s means individuals aged 14 or 15 years old, where consent of a parent or guardian is required. For every consultation the declaration form must be printed and completed in full, (signed by the parent or legal guardian for Under 16s).
Under 16s are not allowed into the facility after 20:00 unless accompanied by an adult or taking part in an activity.
In respect of Under 16s, the Parent/Guardian is responsible for ensuring that the Teen Member complies with the appropriate restrictions and rules.
