Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.
Returned Goods means all right, title and interest in and to returned, repossessed or foreclosed goods and/or merchandise the sale of which gave rise to a Receivable; provided that such goods shall no longer constitute Returned Goods after a Deemed Collection has been deposited in a Collection Account with respect to the full Outstanding Balance of the related Receivables.
Rejected in relation to a complaint means that a complaint has not been upheld and the insurer regards the complaint as finalised after advising the complainant that it does not intend to take any further action to resolve the complaint and includes complaints regarded by the insurer as unjustified or invalid, or where the complainant does not accept or respond to the insurer’s proposals to resolve the complaint;
shipped includes removal from the work sites by ship or any other means;
Cancelled the cancellation, termination and forgiveness by a Permitted Auction Purchaser of all Loans, Commitments and related Obligations acquired in connection with an Auction Purchase or other acquisition of Term Loans, which cancellation shall be consummated as described in Section 11.6(b)(iii)(C) and the definition of “Eligible Assignee.”
Forfeited means the Insured’s financial Loss of any whole or prorated prepaid
Nonconforming Goods means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer's purchase order; or (ii) product's label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.
Defective Goods means Goods of an inferior quality or which are otherwise inconsistent with this Contract.
Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.
Goods means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.
Check means a draft, other than a documentary draft, payable on demand and drawn on a bank or a cashier's check or teller's check. An instrument may be a check even though it is described on its face by another term, such as “money order”.
Transit means the passage of a third country national or a stateless person through the territory of the Requested State while travelling from the Requesting State to the country of destination;
Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:
Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:
Activated means the status of any capacity or part of the Cable System in which any Cable Service requiring the use of that capacity or part is available without further installation of system equipment, whether hardware or software.
Work in Process means a Deliverable that has been partially prepared, but has not been presented to the State for Approval.
Processed shall be interpreted accordingly;
Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.
Mistaken Internet Payment means a payment by a user through a ‘Pay Anyone’ internet banking facility and processed by an ADI through direct entry where funds are paid into the account of an unintended recipient because the user enters or selects a Bank/State/Branch (BSB) number and/or identifier that does not belong to the named and/or intended recipient as a result of:
Shortage means that a grain dealer does not have a sufficient amount of farm produce by class and quality to cover the grain dealer's outstanding warehouse receipt obligations for that farm produce.
Scrap metal means ferrous or nonferrous metal, or items that contain ferrous or nonferrous metal, that are sold or offered for sale for the value of the ferrous or nonferrous metal they contain rather than their original intended use; ferrous or nonferrous metal removed from or obtained by cutting, demolishing, or disassembling a building, structure, or manufactured item; or other metal that cannot be used for its original intended purpose but can be processed for reuse in a mill, foundry, die caster, or other manufacturing facility.
Properly Shredded Garbage means the wastes from the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food that have been shredded to such a degree that all particles will be carried freely under the flow conditions normally prevailing in public sewers, with no particle greater than one-half (1/2) inch (1.27 centimeters) in any dimension.
Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Asynchronous store and forward means the transmission of a patient's medical information from an originating site to the health care provider for telehealth at a distant site without the presence of the patient.
Cancellation means an end to the Contract affected pursuant to a right which the Contract creates due to a Breach.
