Uncollected Fees definition

Uncollected Fees means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by the Borrower as of the related Funding Date.

Uncollected Fees. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by PMAC or Subservicer as of the related Funding Date.

Uncollected Fees means the approximately $1,497,792 in Relevant Fees that were assessed but were not paid when an Account was closed and the Relevant Fees charged off.

• If any Uncollected Fees are inadvertently collected, then they shall be refunded by Defendant insofar as Defendant is aware of the Uncollected Fees.

• It will also forgive Uncollected Fees totaling at least $180,000, as defined in the Settlement Agreement, and change its practices regarding certain Relevant Fees going forward.

More Definitions of Uncollected Fees

Uncollected Fees means any APPSN Fees or Retry Fees that were assessed on Class Members but not collected. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the Uncollected Fees are Seventeen Thousand Ninety Dollars ($17,090.00).

Uncollected Fees means any Sufficient Funds Fees or Retry Fees that were assessed during the Class Period but were not paid because they were charged-off, which Defendant estimates are in the total amount of at least one hundred eighty thousand dollars and zero cents ($180,000.00).

Uncollected Fees means any APSN Fees Multiple NSF Fees, Overdraft Transfer Fees or Phantom Transaction Fees that were assessed but were not paid because they were charged off, which is estimated to be approximately one million eight hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($1,800,000.00).

Uncollected Fees means any Sufficient Funds Fees and Multiple NSF Fees that were assessed on Class Members but not collected. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the Uncollected Fees are One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($174,500.00).

Warehouse Facility Document means, as the context may require, a First Savings Warehouse Facility Document or a Provident Warehouse Facility Document; and Warehouse Facility Documents means both of them. Warehouse Loans means, as the context may require, loans made by RFC pursuant to a Warehouse Agreement to the borrower under such agreement and/or any mortgage loans or other loans or assets purchased by RFC pursuant to the First Savings Warehouse Agreement.
