Uncollected Fees definition
Uncollected Fees means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by the Borrower as of the related Funding Date.
Uncollected Fees. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any accrued late charges, NSF fees, assumption fees, and other fees charged to Mortgagors in connection with the servicing or subservicing of such Mortgage Loan which have not been collected by PMAC or Subservicer as of the related Funding Date.

Uncollected Fees means any APSN Fees and/or Regulation E Fees that were assessed but were not paid because they were charged off in the approximate amount of $35,530.00.
