Uncertificated Accrued Interest on REMIC. 1 Regular Interest LTB1 with the rate on REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTB1 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the Base Rate for the Class B-1 Certificates and (ii) the Maximum Cap Rate for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, that for this purpose, calculations of the Uncertificated REMIC 1 Pass-Through Rate and the related caps with respect to REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTM2, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTM3, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTM4, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTM5 and REMIC 1 Regular Interest LTM6 shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period.

Related to Uncertificated Accrued Interest on REMIC

  • Uncertificated Accrued Interest With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate on the related Uncertificated Principal Balance or related Uncertificated Notional Amount of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests as set forth in Section 1.02).

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans in effect for the scheduled Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period.

  • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date and each REMIC II Regular Interest other than REMIC II Regular Interest C, REMIC II Regular Interest P and REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, a rate per annum equal to the Pass-Through Rate for the Class of Corresponding Certificates for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that for this purpose the Net Rate Cap with respect to each such Class of Corresponding Certificates shall be equal to the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest A-1 and (i) any Distribution Date which occurs on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, the lesser of (a) 6.50% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date, and (ii) any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (a) 7.00% per annum and (b) the weighted average of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rates for the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P), weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each such REMIC I Regular Interest, for such Distribution Date. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest C, a rate per annum equal to the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the amount determined for each REMIC I Regular Interest (other than REMIC I Regular Interest P) equal to the product of (x) the excess, if any, of the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate for such REMIC I Regular Interest over the Marker Rate and (y) a notional amount equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interests. With respect to REMIC II Regular Interest P, 0.00% per annum.

  • Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests The Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests Z together with the interests identified in the table below, each representing an undivided beneficial ownership interest in REMIC I, and having the following characteristics:

  • REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP One of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and designated as a Regular Interest in REMIC I. REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP shall be entitled to any Prepayment Charges collected by the Master Servicer and to a distribution of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the REMIC I Regular Interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan outstanding as of the Cut-Off Date, after taking into account all principal and interest payments made or due prior to the Cut-Off Date.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Uncertificated REMIC 1 Pass-Through Rate With respect to REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1AA, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1A1, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1A1A, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1A2, REMIC 1 Regular Interexx XX0X0, XXXXX 1 Regular Interest LT1M2, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1M3, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1M4, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1M5, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1M6, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1B, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1ZZ, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1SUB, REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT2SUB and REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1XX, the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate of the Mortgage Loans. With respect to REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT1GRP, the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans. With respect REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT2GRP, the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

  • REMIC I Remittance Rate With respect to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2A, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2B, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2C, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2D, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM11, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM12 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM13, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTX, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LT1SUB, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LT2SUB and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTXX, the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans. With respect to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LT1GRP, the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans and with respect REMIC I Regular Interest I-LT2GRP, the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest or one of the REMIC II Regular Interests, as applicable, designated as such in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, any EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, any Class of Class X Certificates or any Class X REMIC III Regular Interest.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interest As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC II Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC II Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.13(f).

  • Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest A regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and is entitled to monthly distributions as provided in Section 5.02(a) hereof. Any of the Class 1-L Interest, Class 1-LS Interest, Class 2-L Interest, Class 2-LS Interest, Class 3-L Interest, Class 3-LS Interest, Class 4-L Interest and Class 4-LS Interest are Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests.

  • Interest Only Certificates A Class or Subclass of Certificates not entitled to payments of principal, and designated as such in the Series Supplement. The Interest Only Certificates will have no Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interest Any one of the "regular interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC Remittance Rate The REMIC I Remittance Rate or the REMIC II Remittance Rate.

  • REMIC I Regular Interest Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC I issued hereunder and, in each such case, designated as a “regular interest” (within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code) in REMIC I. The REMIC I Regular Interests have the designations and terms provided for in Section 2.11.

  • Maximum I-LTZZ Uncertificated Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the REMIC I Remittance Rate applicable to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ minus the REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) Uncertificated Interest on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10 for such Distribution Date, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate; provided, however, each cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.

  • Uncertificated Distributable Interest As defined in Section 2.11(g) with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest for any Distribution Date and in Section 2.13(g) with respect to any REMIC II Regular Interest for any Distribution Date.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.

  • Uncertificated Balance The amount of the REMIC Regular Interests outstanding as of any date of determination. As of the Closing Date, the Uncertificated Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest shall equal the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial uncertificated balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC Regular Interest shall be reduced by all distributions of principal made on such REMIC Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 5.04 of this Agreement and the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ shall be increased by interest deferrals as provided in Section 5.01 of this Agreement. The Uncertificated Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest shall never be less than zero.

  • REMIC 1 Regular Interest Each of the REMIC 1 Interests other than the Class LT1-R Interest.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.
