Unavailable Day definition

Unavailable Day means a Gas Day when Transportation Service shall not be provided under Transporter's Rate Schedule LFT.
Unavailable Day means each 24 consecutive hour period during which Chevron is unable (other than due to the fault of Hawaii Electric Light) to provide any of the Terminalling Services including (but not limited to): (i) receive Products at the Chevron Facility and/or (ii) deliver Hawaii Electric Light’s Product at the Chevron Facility.
Unavailable Day means any Day on which Starlight Pond is not in service or is otherwise unavailable to store Fresh Water, other than due to any normal and routine maintenance, repair, or modification projects for which Midstream Co provided Producer with at least 30 Days’ advance notice or any event of Force Majeure.
