Unauthorized entry definition

Unauthorized entry means entry of any type, whether intentional or accidental, not authorized by the owner or legal occupant of a premises, and includes the acts described in Texas Penal Code
Unauthorized entry. Use: Unauthorized entry into, unauthorized use of, or misuse of campus property or property owned, rented, or leased by a member of the campus community is prohibited.
