Unaudited Interim Statements has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.1.
Examples of Unaudited Interim Statements in a sentence
The Company covenants and agrees to deliver to the Purchaser Unaudited Interim Statements for each calendar month within ten Business Days after the end of each month and, in any event, at least one Business Day prior to Closing.
The Company shall have delivered to the Purchaser the Unaudited Interim Statements for the calendar month most recently concluded prior to the Closing Date, and shall have made available to Purchaser any supporting documentation for such Unaudited Interim Statements.
