Unaudited Interim Financials definition

Unaudited Interim Financials is defined in Section 8.6.
Unaudited Interim Financials means the unaudited balance sheets of the Business as of June 30, 2011 and 2010 and the related unauditedstatements of summary of operations statements and cash flow statements for each of the six-month and three-month periods ended June 30, 2011 and 2010.
